We are looking for a practical and independent System Administrator to support and maintain our IT infrastructure across office and retail environments.
This role requires a hands-on specialist who is comfortable with both infrastructure administration and end-user support, including on-site technical work at store locations.

Full-time | Onsite / Hybrid
Salary: 3, 000 - 3, 500 GEL net + yearly bonus
Key Responsibilities
** Manage and troubleshoot connectivity for equipment, devices, and internal systems
** Support integration of new hardware and systems into existing infrastructure
** Diagnose and resolve server, operating system, hardware, network, and connectivity issues
** Provide on-site technical support for computers, POS devices, printers, scanners, peripherals, and other hardware
** Perform routine maintenance to ensure stable IT operations
** Support Windows Server and Active Directory environments
** Administer and support basic Linux environments (Debian / Ubuntu preferred)
** Work with MikroTik devices, RouterOS, and WinBox
** Troubleshoot DHCP, DNS, NAT, routing, firewall basics, and network-related issues
** Support 1C users and retail system-related technical issues
** Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and implemented solutions
Must-Have Requirements
** Proven experience as a System Administrator, IT Support Specialist, Infrastructure Support Specialist, or similar role
** Hands-on MikroTik / RouterOS experience in a commercial environment (not only home lab experience)
** Strong end-user support experience
** Willingness to perform on-site field work at retail/store locations
** Practical experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
** Experience with Linux systems, preferably Debian or Ubuntu
** Good understanding of networking fundamentals: IP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, routing, firewall basics, common ports
** Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, devices, servers, networks, and user issues
** Russian language — must-have
** Ability to work independently and proactively investigate technical issues
** Strong communication skills with non-technical users
Preferred Qualifications
** English language skills
** Experience with retail infrastructure, POS systems, printers, scanners, or 1C
** Experience using AI tools for troubleshooting, research, documentation, or process improvement
** Bachelor`s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
