We are a specialist joinery based in Tbilisi, producing high-quality fitted kitchens, bespoke wardrobes, custom furniture, and premium interior joinery for some of the most demanding projects in Georgia. As we grow our presence in the market, we are looking for a driven and well-connected Business Development Manager to lead our commercial outreach and build lasting partnerships across the Georgian construction and design industry.

This is a senior role for someone who already knows the key players in the Georgian market — and who understands the language of design, specification, and luxury delivery.

** Luxury residential towers
** Single luxury private villas

About the role

You will be the face of our joinery company to the market. Your job is to identify, approach, and develop commercial relationships with the decision-makers who specify and procure premium joinery — architects, interior designers, main contractors, and property developers. You will represent our capabilities at the earliest stage of a project and follow opportunities through from first contact to signed contract, working closely with our design and production teams throughout.

Key responsibilities

** Identifying and proactively approaching main contractors, developers, architects, and interior designers working on target-sector projects across Georgia;
** Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of hospitality, retail, residential tower, and private villa projects at design and pre-construction stage;
** Presenting our capabilities, portfolio, and product range to prospective clients — in person, on site, and in formal tender submissions;
** Establishing relationships with key specifiers so that our joinery is included in project briefs and preferred supplier lists;
** Working alongside our design team to prepare client-facing proposals, mood boards, and technical presentations;
** Attending industry events, trade fairs, and networking occasions to raise the profile of our company;
** Tracking project leads and reporting regularly on pipeline status, conversion rates, and market developments;
** Gathering market intelligence — competitor activity, pricing benchmarks, upcoming projects
— and feeding insights back to management;
** Nurturing long-term client relationships through regular visits, follow-ups, and exceptional service at every touchpoint.

What we are looking for

** Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architecture, interior design, or a closely related commercial role within the Georgian construction and design industry;
** A degree in architecture, interior design, or a related design discipline;
** An established network of contacts among Georgian main contractors, developers, architects, and interior designers — particularly those active in hospitality, luxury retail, and premium residential;
** Deep familiarity with the Georgian construction market — how projects are developed, who makes the key decisions, and how joinery and interiors are specified;
** Strong understanding of joinery, furniture, and interior fit-out — able to read drawings, understand material specifications, and discuss technical solutions confidently with clients;
** A natural communicator and relationship builder — confident in the boardroom and on site;
** Self-motivated and commercially driven — comfortable managing your own pipeline and working to revenue targets;
** Fluent in Georgian and English (written and spoken) — Russian is an additional advantage;
** Clean driving licence and willingness to travel across Georgia for client meetings and site visits

Languages required

** Georgian - fluent
** English - fluent
** Russian - advantage

Desirable (not essential)

** Previous experience selling or specifying joinery, furniture, or interior fit-out products;
** Existing relationships with hospitality developers or hotel operators active in Georgia;
** Experience working on luxury residential, hotel, or high-end retail projects from design to delivery;
** Familiarity with international luxury brands and their fit-out and specification standards;
