CitiVolt is a commercial electricity supplier operating in Georgia`s liberalised energy market — a company built for the next generation of energy trading. We are looking for one sharp financial mind to grow with us from the ground up.
Who We Are:
CitiVolt trades electricity with commercial customers, structuring deals across the full value chain — from power plants to end users. We work at the intersection of energy markets, dealmaking, and finance. Numbers here are not back-office — they drive decisions.
The Role:
This is not a conventional analyst position. Alongside core financial work supporting our supply operations, we expect the right candidate to:
** Pricing analysis, margin tracking, cash flow modelling, and financial structuring of supply contracts;
** Financial modelling and analysis of renewable energy investment opportunities;
** Building models that inform real decisions — and being curious enough to ask the questions the model cannot;
** Think creatively and strategically about what the numbers are actually saying.
Requirements:
** Degree in finance, economics, or a related field from a top Georgian business school, or graduating this summer (Class of 2025 welcome);
** Fluent English — it is a working language of the role;
** Excel fluency;
** Programming skills (Python, R, or similar) are a strong advantage;
** Additional language skills are a plus;
** Genuine interest in energy, investment, and transaction finance — experience is not required, analytical rigour and curiousity are;
** Responsible, independent, and intellectually honest.

** Salary: GEL 1, 500/month to start — the ceiling for an ambitious individual is unmeasurable;
