HRChief is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Full-Stack Engineer (MERN Stack).
About the Role
We`re hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to own key product features end-to-end. You`ll work across React, NestJS, Postgres, Prisma ORM, and AWS to ship features that power AI-driven workflows and core user experiences. You`ll get high-level product direction and be trusted to scope, design, and build the right solution — quickly and independently. This is a role for someone who knows how to unblock themselves, navigate ambiguity, and ship without waiting on perfect specs.
Requirements:
** Build and ship full-stack features across our core product and AI-powered workflows
** Turn high-level product direction into concrete backend and frontend implementations
** Make sharp tradeoffs between speed, scope, and UX without needing constant guidance
** Partner with product, business, and operations teams across sprints to stay aligned and move quickly
** Work across the full stack: React, NestJS, PostgreSQL, Prisma ORM, AWS
About You:
** At least 4 years shipping full-stack products in production environments
** Strong across both frontend and backend
** Product-oriented mindset and instincts
** Able to take a problem statement and own the solution all the way through to shipping
** Knows when to move fast, when to ask questions, and when to polish
** No ego, no drama — just high-context execution and good judgment
** Excellent communication skills and quick responsiveness
** Eager to tackle challenging problems in a fast-paced, autonomous environment and take on a broad set of responsibilities
