Position: Filling & Packaging Engineer
Job Location: Natakhtari Village

Main Responsibilities:
** Ensuring optimal technical condition of all filling and packaging equipment through regular inspections and performance monitoring.
** Planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.
** Monitoring machine performance (efficiency, downtime, losses) and implementing improvements to increase line efficiency.
** Ensuring proper setup, adjustment, and calibration of equipment for different formats (bottles, cans, kegs).
** Participating in root cause analysis for breakdowns and quality issues and implementing permanent corrective actions.
** Coordinating with maintenance and production teams to ensure quick resolution of technical issues during production.
** Training and guiding operators on proper machine handling, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting.
** Identifying potential technical risks and implementing preventive measures to avoid production losses or quality deviations.
** Ensuring availability of critical spare parts for maintenance activities.
** Participation in studies for new investments; Fulfilling the necessary duties during the realization of these investments.
** Determination and management of data entry, tracking and reporting issues.
We are looking for a candidate with:
** Minimum 3 years` experience in Supply Chain operations, preferably in FMCG sector.
** BA degree in Mechanical Engineering.
** Fundamental knowledge of Filling & Packaging.
** Basic knowledge of all supply chain-related elements and processes.
** Advance knowledge about maintenance.
** Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
** Good verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
** Proficiency in English language (verbal and written) is a must.
