Position: Call Center Project / Operations Manager

Job Description

Are you an experienced Operations or Project Manager seeking a new challenge and an opportunity to advance your career?

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team and take full responsibility for customer service operations.

In this role, you will oversee the smooth execution of projects—from budgeting and systems to processes, client satisfaction, and team management—on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

** Co-create and implement overall project strategies
** Monitor performance against targets, including cost analysis, productivity, and quality metrics (KPIs)
** Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to improve business processes and report findings to management
** Maintain strong communication and build lasting client relationships
** Lead Team Leaders and inspire teams to achieve and exceed targets
** Identify and develop talent within the organization
** Recognize and reward high performance
** Promote company values and foster a strong team spirit

Requirements:

** Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
** At least 5 years of experience in the contact center industry
** Advanced or native level of Georgian (required)
** English proficiency at B2-C1 level
** Strong knowledge of MS Office
** Proven people management and development skills
** Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
** Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
