We are a U.S.-based car hauling brokerage looking for an experienced and motivated Broker Agent to join our team on a commission-only basis.
This role is ideal for dispatchers or brokers who want to work independently and earn based on performance.

About the Role:
What You`ll Do:
** Find and secure vehicle transport orders (dealers, auctions, private clients)
** Post loads on Central Dispatch/Super Dispatch
** Negotiate rates with carriers
** Dispatch drivers and manage shipments from pickup to delivery
** Communicate with customers and provide updates
** Maintain basic records of loads and clients
What We Provide:
** Access to load boards (Central Dispatch / Super Dispatch)
** Lead support (dealer contacts + existing database)
** Training and guidance (if needed)
** Back-end support for operations
Requirements:
** Experience in car hauling, dispatching, or freight brokerage
** Strong communication and negotiation skills
** Ability to work independently
** Stable internet and phone setup
** English required (Russian is a big plus)
Compensation:
** 30% starting commission
** 40% after consistent performance (2-3 loads/week)
** Up to 50% for experienced agents with their own clients
** No cap on earnings
