We are a well-established American freight and logistics company currently expanding our operations. We are seeking motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Dispatchers. This position presents an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals, as well as individuals looking to transition into the fast-paced and rewarding logistics industry.
About the Role
As a Dispatcher, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient coordination and movement of freight shipments across the U.S. market. Acting as the central communication hub, you will liaise between drivers, clients, and internal teams to guarantee smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
** Assign and schedule freight loads based on driver availability, location, and operational priorities
** Maintain consistent and professional communication with drivers, clients, and warehouse personnel
** Collaborate with operations teams to optimize routes and improve overall efficiency
** Respond quickly and effectively to unexpected changes or emergencies
** Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and performance metrics
** Deliver a high standard of customer service in all interactions
Who We`re Looking For:
** Positive, proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn
** Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
** Ability to work independently and remain composed under pressure
** Comfortable with computers and standard office software
** Strong organizational and multitasking skills
** High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
** Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):
** Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or dispatching
** Familiarity with freight management systems or CRM platforms
** Basic knowledge of U.S. freight regulations and compliance standards
What We Offer:
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 16:00-02:00
Compensation:
** Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses
** Average monthly earnings ranging from 2, 500 to 7, 000+ GEL, depending on performance
Training & Development:
** 1-month paid internship (50% of full salary)
** Full-time employment upon successful completion of training
