We are proud to announce the upcoming opening of Art Riverfront Hotel in Tbilisi, scheduled for Summer 2026. The property will feature 152 guest rooms, all day dining Restaurant, Bar, Terrace, Conference facilities and Gym designed to deliver a contemporary hospitality experience in Tbilisi.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stewarding Supervisor in Tbilisi who will oversee stewarding operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and efficiency across all kitchen and back-of-house areas.
Key responsibilities of the Stewarding Supervisor include, but are not limited to:
** Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the stewarding team to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently maintained;
** Oversee the cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and all stewarding areas;
** Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of all equipment to minimize breakage and loss;
** Monitor the correct use of cleaning chemicals and ensure compliance with safety procedures;
** Ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed efficiently and in line with operational standards;
** Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic environment across all stewarding and back-of-house areas;
** Coordinate waste management and disposal processes in accordance with company standards;
** Train, guide, and support stewarding team members to ensure high performance and compliance with procedures;
** Work closely with kitchen and other departments to support smooth and efficient operations.
** Respond promptly and professionally to internal and guest-related requests.
** Ensure full compliance with company policies, brand standards, and operational procedures.
Qualifications:
** Previous experience in stewarding in a supervisory role within a hotel or restaurant environment.
** Solid knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations.
** Familiarity with HACCP standards and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
** Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
** Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
** Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency.
** Good communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
** Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle operational challenges effectively.
** Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
