Job Opportunity: Remote Patient Service Representative

Location: Remote (Constant video/audio connectivity required)
Target Candidates: Medical Students or Tech Savvy Fast Learner Individual
Hours of Work: 9 am to 1 pm (US Eastern Time) Transition to full time possible

Role Overview:

We are seeking disciplined, detail-oriented medical students to serve as the primary digital coordinators for our practice. This role requires a unique blend of clinical foundational knowledge and elite digital navigation skills to ensure seamless patient flow and administrative precision.

Key Responsibilities:

** Virtual Coordination: Maintain a constant video presence during shifts, appearing in professional attire (white collared shirt) to coordinate with the in-office team.
** Patient Management: Handle multi-channel communications, including phone lines, emails, SMS, and social media.
** Clinical Support: Prepare patient charts by reviewing schedules and ensuring all labs and reports are ready.
** Administrative Tasks: Manage insurance pre-approvals, issue referrals, and process lab orders.
** Service Advocacy: Conduct discovery calls with prospects, screening for treatment suitability and explaining clinic services and sales.
** Operational Research: Assist with inventory management and perform research on medical or marketing topics.

Requirements & Qualifications:

** Education: Current medical student or graduate of a recognized medical program
** Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in English, with clear verbal and written communication skills.
** Technical Skills: Demonstrated digital fluency, including the ability to efficiently navigate Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and manage multi-screen workflows in real time.
** Typing Speed: Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM, with accuracy, to support live documentation.
** Experience: Previous experience in patient services, healthcare support, or medical administration is preferred but not required.

Infrastructure Requirements:

** Reliable, high-speed internet connection capable of supporting uninterrupted video and audio streaming
** Private, secure workspace to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations (training provided)
** Wired Ethernet connection for stability
** Capability to use VOIP and multi-line phone systems
