We are proud to announce the upcoming opening of Art Riverfront Hotel in Tbilisi, scheduled for Summer 2026. The property will feature 152 guest rooms, all day dining Restaurant, Bar, Terrace, Conference facilities and Gym designed to deliver a contemporary hospitality experience in Tbilisi.
We are currently looking for an Electrician in Tbilisi responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems, ensuring safety standards, and supporting smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities of the Electrician include, but are not limited to:
** Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment;
** Ensure all electrical systems operate safely and efficiently;
** Carry out preventive maintenance and routine inspections;
** Diagnose faults and perform timely troubleshooting and repairs;
** Respond to guest requests and operational needs in a timely manner;
** Maintain daily logs of work performed and materials used;
** Monitor and manage spare parts and inventory levels;
** Install new electrical equipment and support system upgrades;
** Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper use of PPE;
** Support energy-saving initiatives and maintain clean work areas;
** Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations;
** Take ownership of critical electrical systems, including DB panels, UPS, and emergency systems, ensuring their safe and reliable operation at all times.
** Perform and document preventive maintenance activities, including routine inspections, testing, and timely servicing of electrical equipment to minimize downtime and risks.
** Monitor electrical loads and system performance, ensuring balanced distribution, early identification of issues, and implementation of corrective actions when required.
Qualifications:
** Technical education in Electrical Engineering or a related field;
** Valid Electrician certification (relevant qualification level/grade required);
** Proven experience in electrical maintenance and repair (preferably in hospitality or similar environment);
** Good knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and preventive maintenance practices;
** Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently;
** Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation;
** Good communication skills and ability to work in a team;
** Responsibility, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude;
