Role Purpose

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional who will lead and enhance the overall sales experience. This role combines showroom sales, B2B and Fleet development, and full ownership of the customer journey - ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

** Lead and improve showroom sales performance
** Develop and grow B2B and Fleet sales channels
** Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners
** Own and optimize the full customer journey, from first contact to post-sale experience
** Ensure a premium and consistent customer experience across all interactions
** Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, track performance, and drive data-based decisions
** Coordinate test drives, showroom visits, and conversion processes
** Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPI objectives
** Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and aftersales teams

Requirements:

** 3-5 years of experience in sales (automotive or B2B experience is a strong advantage)
** Experience working with corporate clients and managing relationships
** Strong understanding of CRM systems and data-driven sales approach
** Excellent communication and negotiation skills
** Customer-centric mindset with strong attention to experience and service quality
** Analytical thinking and results-oriented approach
** English proficiency is an advantage
