Product Manager - TV & Digital Services
SkyTel is looking for a practical Product Manager to own the development and launch of company products, with focus on TV / IPTV / OTT and selected digital services.
Responsibilities:
** Manage assigned products and support their launch and development
** Define product requirements and coordinate work across technical, commercial, operations, billing, and marketing teams
** Support work on packages, pricing, positioning, and commercial readiness
** Track product status, priorities, blockers, and next steps
** Monitor product usage, customer feedback, and business results
** Help identify weak or delayed initiatives and bring structure to product work
** Research of competitors and their products
** Finding new/alternative products and vendors
** Determining and assessing product targeting and target segment: why and for whom we are adding a service/product, identifying the demand rate - local market`s readiness research.
Requirements:
** 2-4+ years of experience in product management, service development, or digital product delivery
** Experience with digital, telecom, IT, or subscription-based products
** Strong execution and coordination skills
** Good commercial understanding and ability to work with numbers
** Structured, responsible, and result-oriented approach
** Clear communication and ability to work across teams
** Fluent in Georgian
** Advanced level of English proficiency
Would be a plus:
** Experience in IPTV / OTT / ISP / pay TV
** Experience with cloud, security, hosting, or other digital services
** Experience with billing, CRM, bundles, or customer lifecycle processes
Role summary:
