The Junior Affiliate Manager supports the growth of the affiliate marketing channel by managing day-to-day affiliate relationships, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring traffic quality. The role focuses on delivering profitable player acquisition while monitoring player deposit behavior and early retention indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Affiliate Partner Management:
** Maintain constant communication with affiliate partners;
** Support onboarding and activation of new affiliates;
** Provide affiliates with tracking links, creatives, and promotional materials;
** Assist affiliates with marketing campaign setup and localize content;
** Assist affiliates partners on monthly settlements.
2. Affiliate Acquisition:
** Identify and recruit new affiliate partners;
** Explore new traffic sources including SEO affiliates, media buyers, influencers, and communities;
** Maintain an active pipeline of potential affiliates;
3. Campaign Performance Monitoring:
** Monitor daily performance metrics including registrations, FTD, and CPA.
** Track affiliate campaign performance across CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models.
** Ensure acquisition costs remain within approved CPA caps.
4. Player Quality Monitoring:
** Monitor early player behaviour indicators including:
** Second deposit rate
** Third deposit rate
** Average first deposit (AFD)
** Identify affiliates generating low-quality traffic or poor deposit continuation.
5. Retention Observation:
** Track short-term retention signals such as 7-day and 30-day activity trends.
** Highlight affiliates where retention performance deviates significantly from benchmarks.
** Escalate findings to senior management for optimization decisions.
6. Reporting:
** Prepare daily and weekly reports including:
** FTD volume
** CPA performance
** Deposit progression (2nd / 3rd deposit)
** Basic retention indicators
** Affiliate Monthly Settlement
Requirements:
** 1-2 years` experience in affiliate marketing or acquisitions;
** Basic understanding of affiliate commission models (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid);
** Strong communication and relationship management skills;
** Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data;
** Experience with Tableau or any analytical software is a plus.
