We`re hiring a System Analyst/IT Business Analyst on Platform project to help us build the future of iGaming.
Requirements:
We`re looking for a mid-to-senior level BA/System Analyst to support ongoing growth and product scalability by covering:
3rd-party integrations (excluding PSPs) — such as game providers, analytics tools, KYC/AML services, etc.
Incoming business feature requests — without being tied to a specific module, this role will serve as a generalist able to investigate, specify, and align requirements across teams.
This is a cross-functional, high-impact role, ideal for someone comfortable working across multiple domains, navigating ambiguity, and driving clarity in both product and technical spaces.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
3-5+ years of experience in Business/System Analysis, ideally in B2B SaaS, gambling, or integration-heavy environments.
Solid knowledge of API structure, data exchange formats (JSON, XML), and system architecture basics.
Experience working with external vendors/integrations — including understanding of documentation, authentication flows, and error handling.
Strong critical thinking and ability to operate independently across multiple workstreams.
Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in iGaming, FinTech, or other regulated environments.
Background in both business process modeling and technical specification writing.
Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
** 3rd-Party Integration Analysis
Gather, analyze, and document requirements for new external service integrations.
Align with business stakeholders and tech teams to scope the effort, define API behavior, and ensure seamless integration.
Evaluate vendor documentation and act as the internal expert on how each integration functions.
** Feature Request Handling
Review and validate incoming business feature requests that do not fall into a specific module.
Perform impact analysis, define edge cases, and ensure alignment with platform capabilities.
Translate requests into clear and structured functional requirements, user stories, or process diagrams.
** Cross-Team Communication & Documentation
** Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and BA team members to ensure transparency and delivery consistency.
** Maintain high-quality specifications, integration guides, and flowcharts in Confluence/JIRA/Figma.
