Personal Brand Content Creator (Full-Time, On-Site)
I`m looking for one person who is ready to be part of my daily process and become a key figure in building a personal brand.
I`m a serial entrepreneur - I build and scale businesses. At 22, I was homeless. Today, I`m at a completely different financial level, building businesses from zero to market dominance.
I want this story, the current journey, and everything ahead to turn into powerful content - real, unfiltered, fast, and scalable (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
If you`re just looking to "shoot videos" - this role is not for you.
What this role really means:
** You`ll often be with me - in real processes, not staged scenes (though we will also do planned shoots)
** You`ll capture everything that actually happens - work, meetings, decisions, and more: lifestyle included
Off-road, sports cars, drones, shooting, parties, and other activities - you`ll be part of all of it
** You`ll think about content yourself
I don`t need just an operator - I need someone who understands me, builds chemistry with me, and creates engaging content together
** You`ll edit quickly and efficiently
When the content is good - speed is critical
** You`ll publish and manage content across all platforms
This is not a 9-to-6 job.
This is a joint build.
Who I`m looking for:
** An extrovert who thrives in dynamic environments
** Someone who sees content - not just footage
** Someone who wants to be part of something big
** Fast-thinking and adaptable
** Strong English skills (all content will be in English; you must understand what I`m saying. Some meetings will also be in English, and you may travel with me)

** Work only in a task-by-task mindset
** Want a calm and stable work environment

Compensation: Starting fixed salary: 2400 GEL / month
This is the starting stage.
If I see results, responsibility, and real involvement - compensation will grow quickly and significantly.
