We`re seeking a dedicated professional to oversee team and product management as Store Manager, ensure operational excellence, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Location: Tbilisi Mall, Dighomi
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
** Develop and manage work schedules, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance assessments.
** Foster a culture of growth through team development, task delegation, and conflict resolution.
Product & Inventory Management:
** Ensure optimal stock levels, inventory accuracy, and product rotation.
Sales Strategy Execution:
** Drive the store`s sales plan and meet established KPIs.
Customer Service Excellence:
** Monitor and enforce customer service quality and brand standards.
Operational Compliance:
** Maintain adherence to safety, fire, tax, and legal standards.
Promotions & Reporting:
** Prepare and coordinate store activities during promotional launches, ensuring readiness and reporting results.
Competitor Analysis:
** Evaluate and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
System Operations:
** Efficiently manage tasks using the internal 1C system.
Requirements:
** Experience in retail leadership minimum 1 year or proven success in achieving KPIs as a senior consultant/administrator.
** In-depth understanding of sales standards, customer communication, and cash handling.
** Strong team-building expertise, including training, development, and motivation.
** Hands-on experience with Apple products is a significant advantage.
** Proficiency in English (at least B2 Level)
