Working hours: Shift based schedule (5 working days 2 day offs)
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team. As a cashier, you will be responsible for processing customer transactions efficiently and accurately. You will provide excellent customer service, handle payments, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Your Responsibilities Include:
** Process transactions using cash and credit cards.
** Offer clients loyalty programs and gift cards.
** Ensure compliance with technical procedures in the system.
** Handle cash preparation for collections.
** Prepare invoices from the store when necessary.
** Follow internal guidelines and maintain the CRM system by registering clients and recording transactions.
** Apply discounts and process returns or exchanges as needed.
** Provide support to the sales team when necessary.
Your Expertise:
** High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
** Previous cashier or retail experience
** Basic math skills and attention to detail.
** Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
** Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
** Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
