Stainless is pleased to announce an opening for the position of HR Generalist in Rustavi city.
Responsibilities:
** Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for new hires in Georgia, ensuring documentation, orientation, and initial integration steps are completed accurately and on time.
** Assign and coordinate onboarding buddies and support structured new hire adaptation across the first months of employment.
** Schedule and track onboarding check-ins at 2 weeks, 1.5 months, and 6 months to help ensure successful integration and early issue resolution.
** Act as a first point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and workplace conflicts, providing timely and professional HR guidance.
** Conduct stay interviews, exit interviews, and pulse surveys, and help translate feedback into practical actions that improve engagement and retention.
** Track completion rates and process quality for performance management activities and support calibration discussions where needed.
** Maintain employment contracts, HR policies, and administrative practices in line with Georgia labor law requirements.
** Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and related systems, maintaining strong documentation discipline and reporting accuracy.
** Manage HR data privacy requirements and support compliant handling of employee information under GDPR, PIPL, and PDPL frameworks.
** Coordinate with legal partners on disciplinary procedures, terminations, audits, and other compliance-sensitive cases.
