We`re on the lookout for a driven and personable Customer Service Representatives for the US based companies who`s eager to grow and knows how to build client relationships.

A very good English language knowledge is important as you`ll need to communicate with Native English Speakers from the United States.

Please note we provide the customer service for self-initiated customers who proactively reach out to our business. We do not do cold calling.

Your Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you`ll be the face of our business, connecting clients with HVAC and locksmith solutions tailored to their needs. You`ll maintain strong relationships with customers of the company and ensure they receive top-notch service every time.

What You`ll Do:

Answer all incoming calls.

** Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
** Present, negotiate, and close sales deals effectively.
** Maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
** Collaborate with our technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and pass jobs to proper technicians.
** Stay updated on jobs in the system and conduct a follow up.

Terms and conditions:

** 5 days a week.
** 8-9 hours a day.
** 1000 - 1800 GEL plus BONUSES.
** Evening, middle and night shifts.
