Currently open position: Risk Management Specialist

We are currently hiring for a Risk Management Specialist position with one of Tetri Connections` U.S.-based clients, a personal injury legal funding company that provides funding for personal injury cases across the United States.

In this role, you will support case monitoring and litigation tracking in U.S. court systems. The position involves maintaining regular communication with law firms, reviewing case developments, verifying updates through court docket systems, and helping ensure that case information remains accurate and up to date.

Training and mentoring will be provided, so this is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who is eager to learn and grow.

We offer:

** Working type: Full-time
** Working days: Monday-Friday
** Working hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
** Remote work opportunity
** Training and mentoring provided
** Monthly compensation: $500-$700/month + quarterly bonuses

While working in this position, you will:

** Monitor case progress through regular communication with law firms
** Ensure accurate and up-to-date information on case status, court dates, and case developments
** Verify received case updates using PACER, NYSCEF, eLaw, and other state docket systems
** Review dockets, filed documents, motions, and other litigation-related records
** Track litigation progress and maintain organized case information
** Follow up when necessary to obtain updates and clarification from law firms
** Assist in identifying important developments and reporting them accurately

To qualify for this position, you should have:

** Strong English communication skills, especially over the phone
** Fluent spoken English is required
** Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
** Ability to analyze information carefully and accurately
** Strong time management and follow-up skills
** Basic computer proficiency and comfort working with online systems
** Prior administrative, legal, case management, litigation-related, or U.S. legal support experience will be considered an advantage
** Familiarity with PACER, NYSCEF, eLaw, or other court docket systems will be considered an advantage
To be able to work in this position, you will need:
** A laptop or desktop computer
** Stable internet connection
** Availability to work full-time from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday
** Ability to make and receive calls in English confidently and professionally
