We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our growing team. This is a mid-to-senior level role, ideal
for a driven professional with 3-4 years of experience who is ready to take full ownership of end-to-
end revenue finance processes across our international partner network.
Job Description
Position: Finance Manager
Location: Tbilisi, On-site
Key Responsibilities:
** Calculate the company`s monthly revenue share through active partnerships with aggregators and casinos, in line with commercial agreements.
** Perform monthly reconciliation of revenue share, GGR/NGR, and platform/integration fees with aggregators and casino partners; investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
** Calculate dealer commissions based on agreed GGR/NGR revenue share structures on a monthly basis.
** Prepare and issue monthly invoices covering revenue share, dealer commissions, and platform/integration fees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
** Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
** Collaborate with consultants and local partners across jurisdictions to support compliant revenue reporting, invoicing, and tax requirements within the iGaming regulatory environment.
** Liaise with banks and prepare required regulatory and management reports.
** Prepare ad hoc and analytical reports for senior management.
What We`re Looking For:
** Minimum 3-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit (mid-senior level).
** Experience in the iGaming, online casino, or game provider industry is a strong advantage.
** Hands-on experience with revenue reconciliation, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
** Full proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
** Strong communication skills - proactive, reliable, deadline-driven.
** Comfortable operating in a multi-jurisdictional finance environment.
