CyberNoble365 provides cybersecurity protection and remote IT support services to customers primarily in the United States and Canada. As we expand our outbound sales operation, we are building a high-performance sales team focused on cold calling, warm leads, and upselling opportunities. We are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer who can develop and coach a team of 10-12 sales agents into confident, high-performing closers.

Role Overview:

The Sales Trainer & Quality manager will be responsible for training, coaching, and continuously improving the performance of a sales team targeting the North American market. The role focuses on improving call effectiveness, closing rates, and overall sales performance.

The trainer will work closely with the Sales Manager to develop structured sales scripts, objection-handling frameworks, and repeatable training programs that increase conversion rates and revenue per agent.

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Working Hours: 21:00 PM - 06:00 AM (night shift)
Working Days: Sunday - Thursday

Key Responsibilities:

** Train and onboard new sales agents on cold calling, discovery, objection handling, and closing techniques
** Conduct ongoing training sessions and role-playing exercises to improve sales performance
** Review sales calls and provide structured feedback and coaching
** Optimize sales scripts and objection-handling frameworks
** Develop sales playbooks for cold calls, warm leads, and upselling opportunities
** Work closely with the Sales Manager to improve closing rates, average order value, and revenue per agent
** Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and foster a results-driven sales culture

Sales Environment:

The team sells cybersecurity and IT support services primarily through outbound calls and warm leads.

Key products include:

** CryptoShield Cybersecurity Protection
** Remote IT Support Packages
** Sales are primarily single-transaction closes completed during the call.

Language Requirement:

Because our customers are primarily located in the United States and Canada, the Sales Trainer must have flawless or near-native English and be able to train agents to communicate naturally and confidently with North American customers.

Experience working with English-speaking markets such as the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, or Australia is strongly preferred.

Required Experience:

The ideal candidate should have:

** Call center sales experience
** SaaS or technology sales background
** Experience selling high-ticket products over the phone
** Proven experience training outbound sales teams
** Experience developing sales scripts and objection-handling playbooks
** Strong understanding of sales psychology and closing techniques
** Experience improving closing rates and sales performance in outbound environments is highly valued.
