Stainless Self-Service Solutions is pleased to announce an opening for the position of HR Manager.
Stainless is an international manufacturing company specializing in the production of innovative self-service solutions (parcel lockers) for the logistics, retail, and HoReCa sectors. As a Guinness World Record holder for the largest fully automated parcel locker, we combine advanced engineering, production excellence, and sustainability to deliver high-quality products worldwide.
Role Objectives:
** Develop, standardize, and optimize HR processes and documentation in full compliance with Georgian labor legislation
** Drive employee development, engagement, and performance culture across the organization
** Lead full-cycle recruitment for key and critical roles
** Ensure full legal, regulatory, and internal policy compliance across all HR functions
** Strengthen corporate culture aligned with company values and business goals
Key Responsibilities:
** Manage and continuously improve personnel documentation and HR workflows in accordance with Georgian labor law
** Build and maintain a high-performance and engagement-driven work environment
** Design, implement, and enhance performance management and evaluation systems
** Ensure full compliance with labor legislation; support audits, inspections, and internal policy development
** Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, performance, absenteeism) and provide actionable insights to leadership
** Lead recruitment processes end-to-end (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding) for key roles
** Drive internal communications and support strategic HR initiatives
** Participate in organizational development and workforce planning
Requirements:
** 3-5 years of experience in HR management or HR generalist roles
** Strong knowledge of Georgian labor legislation and HR documentation processes
** Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
** Experience in performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives
** Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and drive decisions
** Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and production-oriented environment
** Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
** Fluency in Georgian, Russian, and English
** Proactive, ownership-driven attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
