Bravo Solutions is an online casino operator looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Junior Operations Support Specialist to join our growing team. You`ll be trained on-the-job to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly — processing withdrawals, supporting customer verification, and monitoring payments under the guidance of senior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
** Assist with reviewing, approving, and rejecting withdrawal requests in line with company policies — with guidance from senior ops staff.
** Support KYC (Know Your Customer) checks — reviewing submitted documents and learning how to evaluate verification applications.
** Monitor incoming and outgoing payments in real time and flag anything that looks unusual for review.
** Help follow up on failed or flagged transactions and coordinate with the team to resolve them.
** Keep accurate records of processed operations and escalate suspicious activity when necessary.
** Contribute ideas for improving internal procedures as you grow into the role.
Requirements:
** Strong attention to detail — you take your time to get things right.
** Any background in payments, KYC/AML, or financial operations is a plus — but no prior ** experience required.
** Basic analytical mindset — comfortable spotting patterns and asking questions.
** Willing to work rotating shifts (day, evening, night, and morning).
** Comfortable written and spoken English.
** Basic computer skills — able to learn internal tools and dashboards quickly.
