The Role:
We are looking for a strong Business Development Manager who will lead the development of our ELT and international educational products market.
This role combines strategic business development, educational consulting, and operational management. The successful candidate will work closely with schools, language centers, and educational organizations, while also structuring the internal processes that support the commercial activity.
Key Responsibilities:
** Develop and expand partnerships with schools, language centers, and educational institutions (both private and public) for the adoption of international ELT educational materials and digital learning platforms.
** Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers in educational institutions, conducting presentations, consultations, and product demonstrations.
** Identify market opportunities and contribute to the strategic expansion of the company`s educational product portfolio, working with international publishers and partners.
** Prepare and negotiate commercial offers, pricing proposals, and partnership agreements with institutional clients.
** Manage the full commercial cycle with institutional clients, from initial contact and needs assessment to product recommendation, order confirmation, and follow-up.
** Ensure proper coordination of operational processes supporting sales, including contract preparation, order registration in the company system, invoice issuance, payment verification, and coordination with logistics for order delivery.
** Maintain accurate CRM data and client pipeline management, ensuring structured follow-up and long-term client relationships.
** Contribute to the development of the company`s online store channel, supporting the integration between institutional sales and digital sales channels.
** Represent the company at educational events, presentations, workshops, and conferences, strengthening brand presence within the educational community.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a professional who combines business development skills with strong organizational abilities and interest in the education sector.
Required Skills & Experience:
** Experience in business development, sales, or partnership development (B2B).
** Strong communication and presentation skills.
** Ability to build relationships with institutional clients and decision makers.
** Strong organizational and process management abilities.
** Strategic thinking combined with operational execution.
Languages & Additional Advantages:
** English and Georgian - advanced level (mandatory)
** Experience in the education sector, ELT publishing, or international educational products and platforms
** Experience in organizing educational events, workshops, or teacher training sessions is considered an advantage
