Key Responsibilities:
** Monitoring and ensuring compliance with AML regulations applicable to our crypto companies.
** Developing, implementing, and maintaining AML policies and procedures.
** Conducting due diligence and risk assessments for clients and partners.
** Staying updated on Georgian AML regulatory changes.
** Preparing and submitting compliance reports to authorities when required.

Candidate Requirements:
Education:
** Bachelor`s degree (or higher) in Law, Finance, Business, Criminal Justice, Economics, or a related field
** Personality requirements and skills
** Proficiency in both English and Georgian (written and spoken). Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage
** Minimum 3 years in AML compliance, ideally in the crypto or financial industry
** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
** Excellent written and verbal communication
** High level of integrity and attention to detail
** Ability to work independently and in a team
