Strategic Insights Manager, Caucasus (Multi-category)

Purpose of the role:

We`re expanding our Strategic Insights team to elevate the weight of insights in decision-making across Caucasus Cluster.

As Strategic Insights Manager, you will help JTI Caucasus Cluster make confident, consumer centric, data driven decisions. You will connect signals across consumers, trade, competitors, and macro trends - turning complex information into clear recommendations that shape portfolio, pricing, and marketing & sales strategy.

You`ll be a trusted business advisor to senior stakeholders, bringing rigor, curiosity, and a strong point of view to key strategic choices.

What you will do:

As Strategic Insights Manager, you will:

** Lead market modelling & scenario planning: build and maintain long term forecasts, ensure model integrity across planning cycles, and align assumptions consistently across the three markets and functions.
** Turn data into growth choices: synthesize insights on consumer behavior, switching dynamics, and decision journeys to steer portfolio and growth strategy across categories.
** Drive performance visibility: track and communicate key performance indicators for assigned categories, improve analytics tools, and streamline reporting in partnership with the Global Business Service center (GBS).
** Strengthen cross functional ways of working: support adoption of the multi category portfolio framework, align stakeholders, and ensure consistent adoption across the organization.
** Own competitive & market intelligence: monitor competitor moves, launches, pricing, and promotions; translate insights into actionable recommendations for portfolio, route to consumer, and activation.
** Manage research partners and budgets: lead end to end consumer and trade research with external agencies, ensure high-quality outputs, optimize costs, and proactively flag risks and opportunities.

What we are looking for:

** University degree (preferably marketing, economics, statistics or related).
** 3+ years relevant experience in FMCG in marketing, strategic insights, analytics, or market research (cross functional / multi country exposure is a plus).
** Strong analytical skills: ability to manage data, run analysis, and extract actionable insights with strong attention to detail.
** Strong business acumen: understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and industry trends.
** Solid understanding of market research methodologies and ability to translate findings into strategic recommendations.
** Confident communicator: able to present complex information clearly and influence stakeholders.
** Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
** Fluent English; Georgian and/or Russian is a plus.
