Job Requirements:
** English proficiency at B2-C1 level (written and spoken)
** Good computer skills
** Customer-oriented attitude
** Ability to work both independently and in a team
** Excellent problem-solving skills
** Ability to prioritize activities and tasks effectively
** Customer-centric approach
** Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader or Project Leader in a shared services environment
** Previous experience managing projects and teams in a shared services environment
** Proven track record of successfully delivering results
** Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work autonomously
** Flexibility and availability to work in different shifts
** Experience in recruitment and personnel selection
Job Description:
Coordinating Teams and Projects
** Coordinate a team to achieve agreed targets, productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction
** Deliver services that meet SLA requirements and customer expectations
** Coordinate and participate in ongoing and future projects with a multilingual international team
** Support the company`s recruitment processes
** Collaborate closely with Group Management
** Communicate and escalate issues when necessary
** Provide assistance with administrative tasks.
** Monitor and evaluate customer support interactions (calls and tickets) to ensure consistent achievement of service level targets, quality standards, and customer satisfaction metrics.
** Team Supervision and Organization
** Train, support, and supervise team members
** Ensure the team is properly trained and equipped with the necessary tools and procedures
** Ensure the team works effectively and efficiently
