Key Responsibilities:
** Maintaining accounting records and preparing financial reports
** Preparing and submitting tax declarations electronically
** Processing and analyzing information required for monthly financial statements
** Organizing, monitoring, and ensuring the accuracy of tax documentation
** Accounting for and controlling fixed assets
** Recording accounting transactions (expenses, bank operations, etc.) in the accounting system
** Preparing and monitoring contracts and accounting documentation
** Payroll accounting and monitoring receivables and payables
** Preparing written reports on critical issues
** Delegating tasks to subordinate employees and monitoring the work performed
** Performing additional duties as required by the nature of the role
Main Requirements:
** Higher education in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
** Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and the Tax Code of Georgia
** Proficiency in English
** Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
** Knowledge of accounting software Balance and Oris will be considered an advantage
** Team management experience will be considered an advantage
** ACCA certification will be considered an advantage
