Job Description:
We are seeking a responsible and efficient Remote Locksmith Dispatcher to join our team. This position requires you to be the first point of contact for our clients based in the United States. You will work from home, answering customer calls, dispatching locksmiths, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates must have a strong attention to detail, superior communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
** Receive and record incoming calls from customers who need locksmith services.
** Dispatch and coordinate locksmith technician teams to customer locations, emergency situations, or to help with technical support inquiries.
** Efficiently manage job allocation and routing of locksmiths based on skills, location, and service requirements.
** Use dispatch software to track job progress, locksmith locations, and provide real-time updates and reports.
** Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, providing service information, and handling complaints and issues professionally.
** Follow up with locksmith technicians and clients to ensure service completion and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
** Experience in a dispatch or similar role is preferred.
** Excellent communication and customer service skills.
** Proficiency with dispatch software, MS Office applications, and data entry.
** Knowledge of locksmith industry is a plus.
Salary: This position offers a probationary wage of $2.5 per hour. Following the successful completion of the probationary period, the salary will be reevaluated based on skills and work experience.
