GNS Georgia, as agent of one of the world`s largest container shipping companies COSCO Shipping Lines, is announcing a vacancy for the position of Junior Billing and Financial Assistant based in Tbilisi office.
Working days: Monday - Friday
Working hours: 10:00 - 18:00
Net salary: Starting from 1, 500.00 GEL (during probation period), based on candidate`s experience and qualifications
Requirements:
** Bachelor`s degree (or final year student) in finance, accounting, business administration, marketing, logistics or technical sciences.
** Preferably, 1 year of cumulative work experience (preferably in an international container shipping or international freight forwarding company, logistics or supply chain management).
** Good analytical skills and attention to details.
** Good knowledge of MS Excel.
** Ability to work in a team.
** High sense of responsibility, well organized and motivated.
** Good communication skills in written English.
Key Responsibilities:
** Identifying export and import sales contracts, gathering freight information and billing customers accordingly.
** Identifying, checking, monitoring equipment storage/demurrages and billing customers accordingly.
** Identifying and analyzing overdue receivables and notifying customers accordingly.
