This position, under the authority and direct supervision of the Training Manager, supports the coordination, administration, and evaluation of Peace Corps Georgia training activities for Peace Corps Volunteers (PCVs), Peace Corps Response Volunteers (PCRVs), and their counterparts. The Training Coordinator collaborates with Post staff to support the development and implementation of blended and e-learning approaches and ensures effective and up‑to‑date training for Invitees, Trainees, and Volunteers.

Location: Peace Corps Office, Tbilisi, Georgia
Contract Type: Personal Services Contract (PSC), Full-Time
Work Schedule: Minimum of 40 hours per week, with occasional evenings/weekends.

Contract Term:

The anticipated contract will be for a base period with up to four option periods, exercisable at the unilateral option of Peace Corps based on satisfactory performance, continued need, and availability of funds. This is not a remote position.

Compensation: Compensation is negotiable within a pre-determined range based on salary history and experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

** University degree (Bachelor`s) in education, adult learning, project management, international development, community development or related field.
** One year or more experience in the field of education, learning and development, or adult training.
** One year or more professional experience in planning and executing logistics for participant events, including trainings, conferences, and/or workshops or other complex events.
** One year or more experience in designing and delivering training sessions to adult learners in an intercultural setting.
** One year or more professional or academic experience in instructional design with a focus on blended learning.
** Six months or more professional experience in e-learning course design and development, webinar production, and/or virtual facilitation.
** Fluency in English and Georgian, both written and oral.
** Experience working with Microsoft Office and learning management system platforms, preferably Moodle-based platforms.
** Experience working, studying or living in a multicultural environment, preferably with foreigners from US cultures.
** Availability for frequent travel including approximately three months per year based at a Pre-Service Training site outside of Tbilisi.

Preferred Qualifications:

** Master`s degree in adult education, social sciences, or other related field or more than equivalent experience in training design and facilitation, project planning, management and budgeting.
** Experience in being responsible, managing and coordinating budgets and accounting for training activities and events.
** Experience working with Learning Management System (LMS).
** Previous experience with international organization (s).
** Driver`s license and willingness to operate a Peace Corps vehicle.
