customer service manager
Will be based in Tbilisi, Georgia.
Working hours: 9:00 - 18:00 Monday-Friday
Reporting to: CM
Salay: is defined by experience
Tasks:
** managing the whole sourcing/logistic/sales process of the dedicated product groups
** contacting suppliers and clients on a transactional basis, processing orders, preparing documentation, managing dunning process
** contacting logistic companies and 3rd party warehouse, organizing incoming/outgoing transports
** optimizing cost calculation (negotiations with service partners)
** supporting the Technical Sales Manager in market insights and project management
** product sample management
** budgeting and forecasting
** documentation in CRM system
Profile:
** higher education
** experience in transactional order processing
** languages: Georgian/English
** high service orientation
** taking ownership of assigned tasks
** IT affinity (interested to learn and understand an IT business system)
** flexible and prepared in taking over new tasks
** hands on type of mentality
