About the Role:

Hotel Episode is looking for a proactive and motivated Corporate Sales Executive to join our commercial team. The main focus of this role is to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with corporate clients, partners and actively promote the hotel`s services.

Key Responsibilities:

** ⁠Identify and research potential corporate clients and partners
** ⁠Proactively reach out to companies to introduce the hotel and explore collaboration opportunities
** ⁠Manage email communication and respond to corporate inquiries
** ⁠Organize and attend meetings with potential partners and clients
** ⁠Represent the hotel at networking events, industry gatherings, and business meetings
** ⁠Present hotel services, corporate offers, and event opportunities to companies
** ⁠Collaborate with reservations, marketing, and events teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery
** ⁠Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
** ⁠Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and partnership activities
** ⁠Support the sales team in achieving revenue and partnership goals

Qualifications & Skills:

** ⁠Strong communication and interpersonal skills
** ⁠Proactive, confident, and results-oriented personality
** ⁠Ability to build professional relationships and represent the brand effectively
** ⁠Good organizational and research skills
** ⁠Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
** ⁠Previous experience in sales, hospitality, tourism, or business development is an advantage
