The role: Mixologist
A Bar Mixologist is a professional who creates and prepares cocktails, delivers high-quality drink presentations, provides excellent guest service, and maintains a clean, well-organized bar while following safety and hygiene standards.
You`ll be responsible for:
As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
** Create alcoholic drinks and cocktails including the classics, what`s featured on the menu and any special guest requests
** Be dedicated to delivering exceptional guest service and creating an experience for the guest
** Create and settle guest tabs and accounts
** Lead the team
** Assist the team on the floor when necessary

Experience & Skills:

** Motivation to learn new skills and techniques
** Fantastic personal presentation
** Fluent in English & Georgian
** Flexible availability and reliable
** Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and mixing of drinks
** Previous food hygiene experience
** Cash handling experience
