We are currently looking for an experienced Reservations Manager (Inbound Tourism) to join our operations team in Tbilisi.
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Working time; Full-time, Monday-Friday, 10:00-19:00
Salary: starting from 1800 GEL + performance-based bonus
Key Responsibilities:
** Managing the full cycle of individual (FIT) and group (GIT) reservations
** Coordinating reservations with hotels, transport companies, and other local suppliers
** Preparing competitive quotations for international partners
** Managing booking confirmations, amendments, and cancellations
** Ensuring accuracy of operational documentation (vouchers, rooming lists, invoices)
** Maintaining and updating reservation data in CRM and booking systems
Requirements:
** Minimum 2 years of experience in tourism, DMC operations, or reservations management
** Strong command of English (written and spoken)
** Excellent organizational and communication skills
** Experience working with CRM systems and MS Office
** Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
** High level of responsibility and attention to detail
