Our team includes professionals based in the United States, Ukraine, Georgia, Argentina, and Mexico. Although we work across different countries and time zones, we collaborate closely every day and operate as one team.

What You`ll Do
This is a fast-paced role that combines recruiting, relationship-building, and elements of sales. Every day is dynamic and people-focused.
Your typical responsibilities will include:
** Calling and connecting with IT, Engineering, and Administrative professionals identified by our research team (no prior experience in these industries or technical background is required, we provide full training)
** Presenting U.S.-based job opportunities
** Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
** Preparing and submitting candidate documents
** Coaching candidates before client interviews
** Following up after interviews
** Extending job offers and guiding candidates through the hiring process
You will build long-term professional relationships and directly influence people`s careers.
Who This Is Perfect For
** You have Upper-Intermediate English or higher
** You genuinely enjoy communicating and negotiating
** You are confident on the phone and like structured goals
** You are self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
** You like performance-based income and measurable achievements
** You are available Monday-Friday, 5pm-2am Tbilisi time (8 working hours + 1-hour break)
** You have a personal laptop or PC (corporate laptop will be provided after 6 months of work)
