Our approach combines expertise from Big Four law and Georgian legal practice, ensuring commercially driven and effective results tailored to each client`s unique needs.

Role Description:

We are looking for a part-time, partially remote Legal Intern to assist the founding partner with legal research, litigation, arbitration, drafting documents, and supporting various legal projects. This is a great opportunity for aspiring legal professionals to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and forward-thinking legal practice.

Working Conditions:

** Duration: Three-month paid internship, with the possibility of extension or transition into a full-time role.
** Work Mode: Partially remote with some office presence or on-site visit requirements in Tbilisi, Georgia.
** Meetings: Weekly or biweekly in-person meetings may be required, depending on availability and necessity.
** Eligibility: Preference will be given to final-year law students or recent graduates who are not currently employed. However, candidates pursuing other full-time or part-time roles may also apply, provided there are no conflicts of interest.
** Compensation & Benefits: monthly salary plus access to corporate taxi and cell phone services.
** Professional Development: we will provide full support for current students to pursue academic activities and training & development assistance on needs basis.
Georgian Bar Association (GBA) Credit

Jaba Gvelebiani is a Mentor Attorney registered with the Georgian Bar Association. Therefore, this internship will count toward the mandatory pre-licensing practice if required.

Qualifications:

** Final-year law student or law graduate
** Strong Georgian and English verbal and written communication skills.
