We are proud to announce the upcoming opening of Art Riverfront Hotel in Tbilisi, scheduled for Summer 2026. The property will feature 152 guest rooms, all day dining Restaurant, Bar, Terrace, Conference facilities and Gym designed to deliver a contemporary hospitality experience in Tbilisi.

We are currently looking for an Assistant Stewarding Manager to support stewarding operations under the direction of the Executive Chef, uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards, and assist with pre-opening readiness, working closely with internal departments to ensure a smooth hotel launch and efficient operational support from day one.

Key responsibilities of the Assistant Stewarding Manager include, but are not limited to:

** Supporting the management of stewarding operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across all kitchen, back-of-house, and F&B service areas;
** Assisting in planning, organizing, and controlling stewarding activities to provide efficient operational support to restaurants, banquets, bars, and production kitchens;
** Supervising daily cleaning operations and ensuring all operating equipment is properly cleaned, sanitized, stored, and maintained;
** Monitoring inventory levels, operating supplies, and equipment, including conducting regular stock counts and breakage control;
** Ensuring full compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations;
** Coordinating closely with Kitchen, F&B Service, Engineering, and Procurement departments to ensure smooth daily operations;
** Assisting with pre-opening readiness, including setup of stewarding procedures, equipment readiness, and team training;
** Supporting people management activities, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, training, and performance feedback;
** Maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation related to operations, inventory, chemical usage, and equipment status;
** Ensuring proper waste management, chemical handling, and adherence to environmental and safety standards;
** Supporting internal customer service by responding promptly to operational requests and resolving issues impacting guest experience;

Qualifications:

** At least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory/assistant managerial role in stewarding;
** Pre-opening hotel experience is an advantage;
** Previous experience in a luxury or upscale hotel environment in stewarding is preferred;
** Strong knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (HACCP);
** Good understanding of operating equipment management and inventory control;
** Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate team;
** Basic financial awareness, including cost control and breakage management;
** Fluent in Georgian; English at a communicative level.
