We are inviting to our team experienced Revenue & Reservation Manager who can manage and oversee revenue management analytic functions to produce reports that support and evaluate hotel business strategies. Work with sales teams to meet the needs of the hotel to promote in all relevant distribution mediums. Produce accurate revenue forecasts that help set hotel goals and outgrow the competition. Display leadership qualities to engage with key hotel executives and managers and cultivate revenue management culture in the hotel.

Duties and responsibilities:

** Formulate transient and group inventory restrictions to effectively manage demand, and displace demand in a way that maximizes occupancy;
** Develop pricing and relevant strategies towards the goal of maximizing revenue, profit and market share and inducing growth in hotel`s revenues;
** Define the hotel`s sales strategies and implement pricing recommendations across all channels and market segments;
** Develop and implement group pricing and inventory strategies for the entire group-booking cycle, based on demand projections and competitive shops. Update the guideline documents;
** Support digital marketing activities;
** Effectively manage and maintain revenue and reservation management systems including Reserve, RMT and Opera in accordance with Hotel revenue management standards and conduct periodic audits for maximum efficiency;
** Review all bookings that fall out of established group booking guidelines and provide feedback to the Management;
** Responsible for executing Hotel revenue and Reservation management initiatives, and maintaining required Accor standards;
** Develop analysis for the business/leisure on-property that allows them to better evaluate new and existing accounts;
** Develop working relationships with managers in the Group Sales and Catering Sales as within the Regional Sales team, providing consultation on strategies for booking optimal group and catering business;
** Ensure the accurate data input in STR report;
** Analyze results of strategies and tactics deployed on a monthly basis;
** Participate in hotel strategy workshops to formulate the hotel long term strategy;
** Prepare rooms annual budget and contribute to the annual business plan creation;
** Work with all relevant BI tools and gather market intelligence and share with the team;
** Produce weekly meeting reports and produce monthly marketing reports as required;
** Focus on direct booking channels to support Accor distribution strategy;
** Provide analysis of major OTA channels to ensure that the hotels are maximizing revenue;
** Ensure parity of rates and availability with channel partners and monitor to reduce issues and wholesale leakage;
** Review cost of sales per channel and shift production to more cost effective channels;
** Provide analysis and coordinate with the front office teams to maximize revenue from the following programs; Front Desk up-sell programs, No-show & Cancellation charges, as well as sell out management effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications:

** Previous experience in Hospitality is strongly required
** knowledge of Opera cloud is a must
** Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office, PMS systems and third party extranet sites.
** English written and spoken. Additional language is a plus;
** Excellent organizational skills and flexibility;
** Attention to the details and exceptional organizational skills;
** Strong analysis and communication skills;
** A goal orientated team player;
