AIQ Academy is looking for a motivated freelance Social Media Marketing Specialist to help attract students for our AI courses (kids aged 8-12). Paid classes launch September 2026. We currently have no social media presence — you will plan the strategy and execute it from zero.
Working Condition:
** Remote work (no office attendance required)
** Flexible schedule, approximately 20-25 hours/month (12% of full time)
** Performance-based compensation (pay-per-deliverable)
** Duration: March - September 2026 (6 months), with extension potential
Main Responsibilities:
** Create and publish content on Facebook and Instagram
** Post in target audience Facebook groups
** Manage Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns (Ads Manager + Boost Post)
** Respond to comments and messages
** Attract students to academy courses
** Submit monthly performance report
Requirements:
Required:
** Strong knowledge of Facebook and social media
** Good writing skills in Georgian
** SMM experience
** Creativity and initiative
** Responsibility and ability to work independently
Preferred:
** Experience with Facebook Ads
** Marketing experience
** Interest in technology and AI
** Basic video editing skills (for Reels/Shorts)
