Job Title: Income Auditor
Key Responsibilities:
** Audit and verify daily hotel revenue to ensure accuracy and completeness;
** Investigate discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records;
** Communicate with service bank representatives regarding transactions, refunds, and chargebacks;
** Complete month-end reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals;
** Support internal and external audit processes;
** Assist with general accounting tasks and respond to departmental inquiries.
Additional Duties:
** Review figures, postings, and supporting documents for accuracy;
** Record, store, access, and analyze financial information;
** Control and secure cash and cash equivalents in line with policy;
** Organize and maintain files in line with retention and confidentiality policies;
** Prepare and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, and payroll reports;
** Audit and reconcile all revenue postings and financial records;
** Comply with safety, security, confidentiality, and company policies and procedures;
** Maintain a professional appearance and protect company assets;
** Foster positive working relationships and contribute to team objectives;
** Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards;
** Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
