We are looking for a Shopify Web Developer to join the ELEHEAR Georgia team and own the website and funnel conversion performance across key international markets. In this role, you will build and optimize landing pages and on-site funnels in Shopify, run structured A/B tests, and ensure tracking is set up correctly so decisions are based on reliable data. You will work closely with our Designer and Advertising Specialist to deliver fast, consistent, high-converting user experiences from ad click to checkout.

Responsibilities:
** Own website and funnel conversion performance for key markets
** Build and maintain landing pages, product page sections/blocks, upsells, bundles, and mini funnels inside the Shopify theme
** Implement A/B tests for layout, messaging, social proof, and offers using analytics and heatmap tools
** Ensure correct tracking implementation (GA4, Meta events, server-side tracking tools, etc.)
** Work with the Designer to keep changes visually consistent with the brand, and with the Ad Specialist to ensure landing pages are aligned with traffic sources
Requirements:
** At least 3 years of hands-on experience in web development, ideally in eCommerce/Shopify
** Strong Shopify experience (themes, sections, templates, and basic Liquid knowledge)
** Solid HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills and ability to implement changes quickly and cleanly
** Experience running A/B tests and working with analytics tools (GA4, heatmaps, session recordings, etc.)
** Basic understanding of conversion principles (UX, messaging, offers, social proof) and structured experimentation
** Tracking knowledge: GA4, Meta pixel/events, UTMs, and server-side tracking implementation or coordination
** Proficient in English for professional communication (C1)
