Role Type: Fulltime
Location: Sololaki, Tbilisi
Compensation: 2000.00 Gel starting salary after tax meanwhile on 3 months of probation period.
After 3 months of probation period, salary arise is planned!
After 6 months, bonus!
Working hours: 18:00-02:30
Reports to: General Manager (GM)
We`re a high-paced bar in the heart of Sololaki looking for a responsible, detail-oriented manager to join our team.
If you`re good with numbers, fast under pressure and enjoy working in a lively environment, this might be the right fit for you.
Job Purpose:
** The manager is responsible for overseeing all ongoing processes in Sport Bar.
** Controlling opening and closing of the bar, monitoring, organizing service staff to ensure the best available experience is provided to the guests. Knowing the steps of solving customer complains is the must!
Key Responsibilities:
** Ensuring guest satisfaction and goodwill by providing a positive environment and the best service.
** Active communication with customers, correct resolution of their requests/wishes/complaints.
** Determining and coordinating employee shifts.
** Evaluating employee performance and improving their productivity.
** Control of compliance with sanitary and hygienic norms
** Training of existing and new employees
** Opening and closing shifts.
** Ensuring all members of staff are following standards of opening and closing shifts
** Giving instructions to subordinates, distributing tasks wisely

** Strong leadership, motivation and communication skills
** Ability to manage time and set the right priorities
** Ability to work in fast placed environment and work under pressure
** Accurate with financial figures, ability to find out even small mistake in a fast and organized manner
** Having team working spirit
** Purposefulness and focus on achieving results
Qualifications & Skills:
** Minimum 2-3 years of experience in bar management.
** Strong leadership
** Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
** Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

** Well-organized
** An example to service staff by every action
** Always ready for any kind of help
