We are looking for a growth-driven Account Manager who owns revenue and client success.
Role Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will own and grow a portfolio of B2B clients. Your mission is to increase client value through proactive communication, creative problem-solving, and strong relationship management.
This role suits someone who can work independently, take initiative without being asked, and collaborate effectively across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
** Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B iGaming operator accounts
** Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
** Analyze account performance data and propose revenue-driving strategies
** Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and renewal processes
** Coordinate with Product, Integration, Marketing, and Tech teams to deliver solutions
** Own client escalations and resolve issues end-to-end
** Represent the company at industry events when required
Requirements:
** 2+ years of B2B Account Management or Affiliate Management experience
** Experience in iGaming / online casino / sportsbook / game aggregation (strong advantage)
** Proven track record of upselling or revenue growth
** Strong negotiation and commercial skills
** Fluent English (written & spoken)
Important:
** Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
** Comfortable working with KPIs and performance data
** Self-starter with proactive communication style
** Strong organizational skills
Not a fit if your background is primarily:
** Customer support only
** Back-office operations only
** Internal project coordination without revenue responsibility
