Home Office | Full-Time / Part-Time

About the Position:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our property management team. This is a remote, home-office position focused on supporting residents and property owners through professional and timely customer service.

Requirements & Qualifications:

** Strong English skills (both spoken and written)
** Basic conversational Russian is a plus
** Higher education is preferred but not required (3rd or 4th year university students are welcome)
** A separate, quiet room for work
** Personal computer with reliable internet access
** Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Availability to work:

10:00 AM - 6:00 PM New York time
7:00 PM - 3:00 AM Tbilisi time
Full-time schedule
Alternative: Part-time option available (4-6 working hours per day)

Key Responsibilities:

** Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with their questions
** Respond to incoming emails
** Sort and manage incoming email correspondence
** Listen to voicemail messages and return client calls to resolve issues
** Create Excel spreadsheets for calculations when required
** Perform additional administrative tasks related to daily office operations
