Paragraph Freedom Square, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Tbilisi is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Group Sales Manager.

Role Main Responsibilities
Group Sales Execution:
** Manage a basis of hotel`s top national and international key accounts.
** Identify and pursue prospective group & meeting business from market information, as well as information from purchased lead sources, analyzing historical and other statistical information (market segment, account mix goals),
** Provide customer intelligence in evaluating the market and economic trends that may lead to changes in sales strategy to meet or exceed customer expectations
** Solicit group business directly and jointly with others through the preparation, execution and completion of individualized Action Plans.,
** Within established parameters, quote and negotiate prices with customer representative confirming reservations by letter and drawing up contracts; sign for the hotel and obtain customer signature to close transaction. Upon closing, coordinate and follow-up with other hotel departments to ensure delivery of superior guest`s services.
Other Responsibilities:
** Evaluate and monitor reactive sales executive`s performance
** Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
** Evaluate and support market sales, reactive team`s participation and market sales account deployment
** Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and service
** Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required by procedural guidelines.
Skills:
** Excellent English & Russian Skills (Spoken & Written)
** Minimum 2-3 as a group sales manager in hospitality industry.
** Sociable, Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills, Result Oriented, Cheerful & Smiley Personality, Active & Enthusiastic, Team Player.
** Sufficient Experience in OERA PMS system.
** Guest-oriented, friendly and professional approach.
** Related work experience in an International Environment (is a preference)
