We are inviting to our team experienced Sales Director who will be responsible for developing and executing the hotel`s sales strategy to maximize revenue, occupancy, and market share. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of the hospitality market, and the ability to build long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and event organizers.

Duties and responsibilities:

** Develop and implement comprehensive sales and revenue strategies, financial goals
** Prepare and manage sales budgets and forecasts and action plans
** Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed targets set
** Develop the network of existing and potential new clients to constantly update the base of contacts of people
** Grow corporate, MICE, leisure, group, and government segments
** Drive revenue across Corporate, MICE, Leisure, and High-End Segments
** Work closely with Revenue Management to optimize ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy and set pricing strategy
** Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and pricing strategies
** Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve targets
** Ensure comprehensive and up to date knowledge of properties` unique selling points, features, amenities, services and policies
** Preparing and presenting sales offers and presentations to attract corporate, group and individual segment, negotiations with parties
** Establish and maintain excellent relationships with local and international companies to generate more visitors and bookings
** Formulate hotel offers and yearly contracts and any other required business correspondence
** Reaching out to customer leads through sales calls and visits
** Work closely with other departments to ensure coordination and seamless service delivery to customers
** Provide a weekly sales activity report
** Attends and contributes to all training sessions and meetings as required

Requirements and skills:

** Good knowledge of English and Georgian languages. Knowledge of an additional language is an advantage
** Previous experience of 5 years in sales in hospitality field
** Strong knowledge of hospitality sales channels and distribution
** knowledge of Revenue and Reservation processes Is an advantage
** Proven ability to create and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
** Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
** knowledge of Opera cloud and Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory
** Good communication with local companies and partners
** Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
** Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays if necessary
** Ability to work independently as well as teamwork in a rapidly developing, dynamic environment
