A Corporate lawyer is responsible for providing legal advice and representation, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and managing the preparation, coordination, and evaluation of legal matters on behalf of clients or organizations. Therefore, their essential job responsibilities include:
Duties and Responsibilities:
** Managing the company`s legal support and coordinating legal processes
** Preparing legal documentation, including contracts, agreements, acceptance-delivery acts, procedural documents, and related materials
** Communicating with foreign patients/clients
** Coordinating powers of attorney and contracts with a notary
** Representing the company before medical institutions, courts, administrative authorities, and private parties
** Analyzing legal documentation and preparing reports for responsible persons
** Resolving disputes through negotiations and seeking out-of-court solutions
** Identifying legal risks and embedding protection mechanisms in contracts
Qualification Requirements:
** Bachelor`s degree in Law (preferably Magister Degree)
** Work experience in a legal position (preferably at least 2-3 years)
** Knowledge of the current legislation of Georgia (Civil, Labor, Commercial, Tax, Administrative, and other relevant codes)
** Theoretical and practical knowledge of obligations, labor, and corporate law
** Knowledge of court and administrative procedures
** Experience in preparing legal documentation and communicating with official institutions
** Advocate`s license in Civil Law
Personal Qualities/Skills:
** Ability to draft, edit, and analyze contracts
** Excellent command of the Georgian language; English proficiency is desirable at the level of professional legal documentation
** Proficiency in MS Office and electronic legal databases
** High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and strong analytical and critical thinking skills
** Strong communication and argumentation skills;
** Ability to deal with Stress
** Exceptional ability in conflict resolution.

Working Conditions:
** Full-time office-based position, Monday to Friday, 10:00-18:00
** Convenient office location within walking distance of a metro station
** Health insurance
